Hello Lovelies!
Welcome to the 21st century! Modern times calls for modern technology. Online shopping has become more and more useful and relevant, so for the modern bride a new form of wedding registry has surfaced. Zola an online wedding registry which can be obtained via computer or your smartphone. You can even scan any item you come across with the Zola bar-code scanner to avoid endless searching.
"Why should you be stuck with the same wedding registry your parents used? With Zola, couples can list any item from any store, lets users purchase in groups, and even provides the option for guests to pitch in towards a couple’s honeymoon (like that romantic Tuscany bike tour) or cash fund (perhaps for a downpayment on a new home) -- all in one easy place."

Thursday Trend Day | A Wedding Gift that keeps on giving | Anniversary wedding wine box
Hello Lovelies!
So I LOVE this gift! Wish someone gave it to me :\ I'm talking about this cool company called, Wine for a Wedding. No, it is not a wine club or anything like that. It's a unique gift that lets the bride and groom celebrate their special day for years to come with wines designed to be drunk on specific anniversaries. A gift that starts a new tradition at the same time. The custom engraved wooden three-panel box stores the wine perfectly on its side in a dark location and free from dust. And not only is Wine for a Wedding a gift that keeps on giving to the happy couple, it also gives back to the earth, planting a tree for every box ordered!
Cool huh?

Thursday Trend Day! | Giftopia, a new way to register for gifts
Giftopia is a free online gift registry and social networking site that aims to remove potential disappointment and anxiety from gift giving and receiving.
Unlike traditional wedding registry sites, Giftopia users hold the power to invite and approve contacts who are able to see their profile. In addition to the web, Giftopia can be accessed via apps for iPhone, Blackberry and Android smartphones, enabling people to add items to their registry from inside any retail store simply by taking a picture or scanning the UPC code with their smartphone. And it's a free service!
Giftopia enables users to create personalized profiles, identifying wanted items on their gift list – complete with photos, prices and store locations, if desired – as well as favourite stores, clothing sizes and other important details needed to ensure everybody on both sides of the gift exchange is happy. And with tens of thousands of items available in the Giftopia Shop, items can be added to your registry in one click and purchased by your wedding guests quickly and securely.
This makes Giftopia not only great for weddings, but for any special occasion that involves gift giving. In addition to Valentine's Day, Graduation or Christmas, a Giftopia profile also includes notifications for other important gift-giving dates, such as birthdays and anniversaries, to help contacts plan their shopping trips for upcoming events.
Cool huh?!

The Coolest New Registry website ever! - Newly Wish
I wanted to share this new registry website made just for New York City Brides and grooms called Newly Wish. Not only do they have great registry favorites for your kitchen, bath and decor but they also have a registry for those who want a little something different. I'm talking about their cool "experience" registry where you can register for dance lessons, a wine tasting or even a spa day. How fab is that?! And all your registry info is on one neat and organized site where you can always view and manage it. Love that!
