Today we are featuring the gorgeous wedding of Jennifer and Penny, captured by
Ariane Moshayedi Photography. It took place in the beautiful Liberty Warehouse in Red Hook, Brooklyn. What a perfect backdrop to a beautiful day!
Here is more from the bride Jenn: "When I first visited Liberty Warehouse I was sold. I loved the the rawness of the location and the industrial surroundings, with partially submerged concrete bluffs slipping quietly into the water and steel shuttered windows from it's original incarnation in the 1850's. I loved the wide, openness of the promenade that surrounded the entire space, and the views of The Statue of Liberty, lower Manhattan, and the cranes and shipping containers all visible within a 90 degree turn.
Inside, I was warmed by the simplicity of exposed materials: beams across the ceiling, gas lines, red brick walls with original fireplaces, the wooden floors, and the windows, windows, windows. That is what I loved the most: the ability to appreciate the outdoors from indoors. I wanted a space that didn't let you forget where you were, that made you want to look outside, or go outside, as so many people did. "
Jenn described it perfectly! We love the antique car, the pastel flowers, and all of the brick!
