A Real New York Wedding | Jaclyn + Liam's Garden Wedding

Hello Lovelies!

Today we are featuring this absolutely stunning wedding in Altamont, New York. It was captured by the lovely Crystal Turino Photography.

Here is more from the photographer, "This was a lovely garden wedding at the Altamont Manor in Altamont, NY. I had worked with the bride and groom the previous year for their engagement session, and was very excited to photograph their wedding day. When I arrived, the venue took my breath away. The manor sat in a quiet piece of land, hidden by trees on all sides. Flowers were in bloom all around and the grounds were very well kept. The ceremony and reception were both held at the manor. The bride and groom did a beautiful first look on the front porch, overlooking the garden. The bridal party was so much fun to photograph, and we got some great shots. The details all looked lovely. The catering company was wonderful, the DJ was great, and the evening went perfectly. They truly had a picture perfect wedding day!"

We love this wedding! The bride's dress is simply gorgeous, the location is perfect, and everything about this day seems magical!

Thursday Trend Day | Diamonds That Give Back!

Hello Lovelies!

This week's Thursday Trend features these gorgeous diamonds! We weren't sure if anything gets better than pink diamonds, but we've found it; pink diamonds that give back!

For the entire month of October, 10 percent of the proceeds from the sale of James Allen pink sapphires and pink diamonds will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. This donation includes any of the loose stones, set engagement rings, pendants, earrings, etc. -- anything that utilizes the pink stones!

New York Wedding Inspiration | A Glamorous Wedding Affair Styled Shoot

Hello Lovelies!

Today I am featuring this beautiful styled wedding shoot by Shhivika Chauhan Photography. It all started with a red lipstick. And, right away I knew what this styled shoot had to be all about Elegant, Rich, and  Glamorous. The concept was shared with the lovely vendors, and immediately ideas emerged on how we could go about creating a wedding set up that exuded elegance and glamour. We got the most beautiful and sought after wedding location in town, The Metropolitan Building, and we were excited as toddlers in a toy store. The props and the decor at the venue were just perfect to create an ambience in harmony with our vision. 

We love how Nicole, the event planner, chose the color combination of white, gold and blush pink! Especially loving the pink and gold details throughout the table setting and florals.
