Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress | Now Princess Catherine and the inspiration behind it

Finally we got to see the beautiful wedding dress that Kate Middleton wore! Designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, Catherine's wedding dress was beautifully inspired by the classic 50's glam with a nod to Grace Kelly. It's that classic royal elegance found in fairy tales like Disney's "Cinderella" This is going to be huge!

It's a throw back to traditional but so elegant. Love it! The satin dress was fitted at the top on a classic ball gown with hand cut lace on the skirt. Catherine wore a long sleeved lace coverlet with an oh so lovely and sheer veil. The chose to wear the Queen Elizabeth's II tiara that was designed for her by Cartier, a beautiful halo that is lent to her by the now Queen.

Catherine wore diamond tear drop earrings, a gift from her parents.

Love it! Stay tuned for more trends inspired by the royal wedding.

Kate's dress was absolutely stunning. I know everyone was trying to guess what it was going to look like. Kate look so beautiful, she could wear anything I suspect and still look gorgeous. Thought the style of the dress really suited her. It was nice to finally see it.
